    How do I know if ordering online is secure?

     My credit card was declined, what do I do now?

    The majority of declined payments occur because of an incorrect billing address. Ensure that the address is entered accurately and complete. If the problem persists, reach out to your banking institution.

     Who is responsible to pay customs duty and value-added tax (VAT)?

    Fifth N Sixth is not responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, or any other costs and fees associated with international shipments. Please be aware that depending upon your country, you may incur additional costs to receive your items.

    In what US states do you charge sales taxes?

    In States where Fifth N Sixth has an obligation to collect, you'll see sales tax applied to your order based on the shipping address that you've selected.

     I placed my order, when will it ship?

    Please allow 48 business hours of processing time from when your order is placed to the time it is shipped. Under unusual circumstances of extremely high volume, please allow us 72 business hours of processing time.

     What orders qualify for free shipping?

    Free standard shipping applies to 48 contiguous states, on net purchases over $99.00. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery using free shipping. Not valid on orders shipping Internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam.  Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional charge during checkout.

    How long does it take to receive my package?

    Fifth N Sixth offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. In the US, we have options that range from overnight, 2-day, and standard 5-7 business days. For our local Baltimore customers, we also offer a same day delivery option as well as local pick up. Our international fashionistas have an expedited (3-5 business days) or standard (10-20 business days, depending on location) option. Orders are generally shipped out the same day if purchased before 1:00PM EST Monday - Friday.

    How do I track my package?

    You can track your package by searching the on the shipping vendors portal with the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

    My package was returned to Fifth N Sixth, what do I do?

    Occasionally there are instances where orders are returned to us because of an invalid address or multiple delivery attempts by the shipping company. We will contact you when your shipment arrives back to our distribution center and let you know your options. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, feel free to contact us by emailing help@fifthnsixth.com

    How long does it take to process my return?

    It generally takes 3-5 business days to inspect and process your return after it has arrived at our distribution center. It could take an additional 5-7 business days to receive your refund on your original form of payment, depending on your banking institution.

     How much does it cost to use a return label?

    Customers are responsible for the return label costs. A fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund if Fifth N Sixth provides the label; we accept one return label per returned order. Items marked Final Sale on the site do not qualify for returns and will not include a prepaid label with the shipment.

    What items cannot be returned?

    Reduced merchandise or items that have "Final Sale" on the product page along with any bodysuits, tights, swimwear, jewelry, fashion face covers, hats, fashion or styling body tape, and gift certificates/cards are not returnable.

    How do I use a prepaid UPS return label?

    To receive a prepaid return label please email help@fifthnsixth.com. The package can be given to any UPS carrier or dropped off at a UPS location. Do not place labels on shoe boxes. All shoe returns must be shipped in their original box inside a shipping box.

    I'm in the neighborhood, can I pick up my order or drop off a return?

    Yes, with notice to Fifth N Sixth. If you need great fashion in a hurry, contact us in time to pick up your order locally. We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

     If I received a defective item, what should I do?

    If you happen to receive an item with a manufacturer's defect call, send us an email, to let us know about any problems that you experience. We can be reached by help@fifthnsixth.com

    Can gift certificates that I bought in a store be used online and vice versa?

    Gift certificates purchased on www.fifthnsixth.com may only be used on the website. They are currently not interchangeable.

    I am unsure of the size I need to order, how can I find the fit?

    I have a question about a charge on my card, what do I do?

    Fifth N Sixth does not currently accept exchanges. We suggest purchasing a different size or item and returning the original piece.

    Can I modify my order?

    Yes! orders can be modified for only address changes, we want to ensure the right fashionista receives the order. 

    Why was my order cancelled?
    We regret that your order was cancelled. Order cancellation typically occurs if the item is out of stock, or it was a system happened. In the case of a cancellation, Fifth N Sixth will  issue a refund to the original method of payment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you're able to find something else that would be a great addition to your closet.

    Do you accept contactless payment?
    Yes! We accept contactless payment at all our in-person events in the U.S. It's safe and easy. Just hold your tap-to-pay card or mobile device over the card-reader screen to initiate payment..

    How do I use my Fifth N Sixth Gift Card?
    Fifth N Sixth Gift Cards and eGift Cards don't expire, have no fees and are redeemable online at www.fifthnsixth.com. If you are purchasing online, your Gift Card must have an access code. Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. To use a Gift Card or eGift Card online, enter the card number and access code during Checkout

    Can I cancel an order?
    You can request to cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing your order. To cancel your order email help@fifthnsixth.com. We're unable to cancel an order beyond this time period.

    Your payment method will not be charged if we are able to cancel your order. If we're unable to cancel your order, your payment method will be charged, and your items will be shipped to you.

    What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?
    If you're missing items or shipments, email us within 10 days of ship date.

    What kinds of promotions do you offer?

    We like to reward our customers with special promotional offers. Available promotions will be indicated on relevant pages of our website or social media.

    How do I use a promotion code?

    You may qualify for a promotion that is associated with a specific code. Promotion codes can be found on the promotion or product details page. To retrieve your gift, enter the code in the promotion code field in the payment section during the Checkout process. Promotion codes are not case sensitive.

    Are there any restrictions for promotions?
    Promotions may be limited to purchases from participating brands, a specified group of items or a minimum order price. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supply lasts. Promotional offers do not apply to international orders.
